We want BASS!!!Tip1:Add compression to the bass track and be liberal with any automation. The more compression the bigger the sound.

Tip2:Copy the bass track to a stereo track as well, adding a high pass filter at about 300Hz and use distortion very lightly. We can then send this track to a chorus and mix it into the first bass track.

Tip3:Using the bass in a mono track you can once again duplicate the track and use hard panning left and right. Boost EQ  frequency on the first track and cut out any frequencies on the second mono track. You will have to cut both frequencies at the same time in the mix to achieve a wider bass sound to your taste.
