The plan will outline what we hope to achieve and how we will solve possible problems and find solutions. The plan will factor in what we offer our clients and how we will meet their needs. The plan will factor in cost of operations as well as effective inputs needed for our business to succeed. The plan will outline strategies of how intend to advance and the timeline in which we will implement to meet these goals. Follow your plan and keep it close around to remind you why you are in business in the first place. If you find that is not accurate, then fix it. A new plan will be easier to follow because you know what you must focus on and what mistake to avoid. Mistakes can be costly but do not have to cost you your business.

The cost of business is a push and pull to some and can be challenging to most of us. How do we intend to fund our business? The lack of financing can cause a stoppage or collapse of our business plans and derail the entire business. Funding our business should start with this simple piece of reality. USE OPPORTUNITY OF OTHERS. "Are you down with OPP?" Other people's money! The emphasis should be on how you can get funding that will not cause your day-to-day operations to cease to run. You should start to strategize how you can get others to invest in what you are doing and use as many resources as possible. Grants, sponsorships, microloans, and money that will keep you afloat as you build a solid business operation. Trying to finance out of your own pockets have left many businesses in ruins and we all have heard the stories of friends and associates that had to close shop due to the lack of financing. Don't fall into this pitfall. Find mentors and people that will be willing to invest in your business. Make meaningful relationships with sponsors. Find out about how others that are doing what you are doing and ask their help. Become proactive and sell yourself. Have your business card ready at all times. Today's business card can be a Facebook page, Instagram channel, YouTube channel, or a website. We should be always closing a deal, right? Use what your strengths are and focus on relationships that will help grow your business. Be loyal to those that give you advise which will keep you not only surviving in business but growing and learning how to keep clients and customers. Make a list of people that help and always invite them to events that you are planning. Keep them abreast of what is going on in your world and stay invested into what they are doing as well. You will find businesses like to see others make it and not what you heard others say to the contrary. We all want to see each other grow and become successful.

No not by any means but it has and can be done.
